Returns Policy

These rights during the ‘Cooling off period’ and other rights or obligations apply to all customers. As a customer you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 working days from the date of delivery. To do so you must notify us in writing (preferably email to a contact@anydoor.uk) as soon as possible. The product must then be back with us in complete, resaleable condition, and in original packaging within a further 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All custom manufactured items are exempt from this. As a company we operate a repair before refund policy. Under Online Trading Law we are entitled to collect, repair or replace any custom manufactured items. This is at our discretion.

Damaged Goods – Should a defect occur with the goods due to the fault of the Company, we will give you appropriate options which may include a repair, replacement or partial refund. If the Company is not given a reasonable opportunity to rectify any defect, the client will not be reimbursed should he choose to rectify it himself or with a third party.

AnyDoor.UK reserves the right, in agreement with the customer, to request an Independent Inspection of any allegedly defective goods, or to carry out a mutually agreed inspection to identify whether the goods have been properly installed, used, maintained, stored or serviced. AnyDoor.UK reserves the right to make a charge to cover any reasonable costs if the goods have not been properly used, installed, maintained, stored or serviced.

After delivery of the goods the customer shall examine them as soon as reasonably possible and before removing any existing windows and doors or commencing installation. AnyDoor.UK should be notified of any fault, damage or missing items as soon as reasonably possible by email at contact@anydoor.uk. We will request photos which clearly illustrate any defect to determine its cause prior to rectification. The invoiced customer (named person on order) will need to make contact and please include your order number so we are able to locate your order. It will take longer for the issues to be sorted without these details.

To return your product, you should first contact us to obtain authorisation for a return, we will then issue you the relevant paperwork to return your item (details stipulated in our terms & conditions).

PLEASE NOTE: We accept no liability for installer costs if there is an issue with your order. We firmly advise you now to book an installer before the goods are delivered checked and you are happy. You are booking installers at your own risk and under no circumstances will we pay for costs incurred.

We recommend that a competent or qualified person carries out the installation of the goods supplied. Please ensure that the general guidelines supplied with the delivery for the fitting of the goods are read and understood before commencing or organising installation. If in doubt please contact the Company’s Customer Service department by the methods stated.

Due to on-site handling, installation methods and the type of opening that the goods are being installed into, minor adjustments may need to be made by the installer.

Before commencing your installation or hiring a third party to install your product, please ensure that the goods have been physically delivered, examined and checked for design details and sizes. Check that all parts are present and correct so that in the unlikely event that parts may be missing, wrong or damaged you ensure we have reasonable time* to arrange the delivery of the new parts before you commence installation, confirm an assembly date or prior to engaging a third party to carry out the installation. (*Please note that a reasonable time would typically be within one to two weeks assuming replacement parts are in stock, however if we have to order or manufacture parts then the time frame will be longer). Should you use a third party to carry out the installation please ensure that you give them sufficient time to familiarise themselves with and check the materials before committing to an installation date.

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

All made-to-order products/custom (i.e. those specified as having an extended lead time from our advertised norm) are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they have been manufactured specifically for your order. All made to measure products are manufactured to normal manufacturing standards with a +/-1.5mm tolerance on widths and heights. Goods will be manufactured to agreed and signed for specifications, without exception. Any costs incurred from changes made after acceptance in writing will be charged at full commercial rates. If a made-to-order product is found to be defective upon delivery, please report this to us and we can issue replacements orders.

If the ordered products are advertised as from stock, and have not been dispatched by us at the time of cancellation we will refund to you all the monies paid by you within 14 days of your cancellation request (see terms & conditions policy for details).

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@anydoor.uk and we will advise of next steps.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns Policy

We operate a professional home delivery service with delivery to most mainland UK postcodes within 2-7 working days (postcode, national bank holiday & Christmas business shutdown exclusions apply) of the order being placed and paid for. This only applies to “In Stock” items. “Pre-order” items are delivered within 4 – 6 weeks from the order being placed and paid for. AnyDoor.UK will contact the customer and provide an accurate time-frame for delivery. “Custom” range items delivery can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on size and customer’s specifications. AnyDoor.UK will contact the customer to agree on time-frame and delivery day and slot. Upon delivery, you will need to be on-site to sign, take delivery and title of the goods. Delivery is free on all doors within a 10 miles radius of Coventry (please select ‘collection’ at check out and contact us on contact@anydoor.uk). For all other areas: England, Wales and majority of Scotland, the delivery charge is calculated depending on size and weight of item/s, as well as distance. For purchases over five entrance doors in the same order, delivery is free. Delivery is free for orders for internal (and/or fire) door sets where quantity is 10 or more. We do not deliver to off-shore locations, including – but not limited to – the Inner and Outer Hebrides, Orkney, Shetland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland. Customer sourced delivery is accepted providing the delivery company has ‘goods in transit’ insurance or signs for the goods as customer’s representative (please contact us in advance to secure this option – contact@anydoor.uk).
